Account Activation Notice
You should have received an account activation notice by email, if you have
not received yours, please contact
support before continuing. Your account activation notice contains the username,
password and hostnames that you will need to use our services. Please keep this
information safe and have it to hand when contacting us for any reason.
Central to all of our hosting plans is our control panel, from which you can
manage all aspects of your account and view support documentation specific to
your hosting plan. Click here to Log in

Initially, no email options are configured. You can create mailboxes and change
your email routing options via your control panel.
You can upload your web site files by connecting to the FTP server shown in
your account activation notice using an FTP client, login with your main username
and password. Detailed instructions for configuring your FTP program to work
with our service can be found here.
Should you encounter difficulties, documentation regarding our service and technical
support can be obtained at any time from our online support centre.
